Dialog a System for Dialogue Logic 1.1 Dialogue Rules
نویسنده
چکیده
We present a proof system which implements dialogue logic as originally developed by Lorenzen. Intuitionistic and classic logic are pre-de ned. A rule language allows to easily de ne dialogue rules for other logics. DiaLog provides multi-sorted logic. The system supports fully automated and interactive proof search. A user-friendly graphical interface displays the dialogue tableau, a dialogue trace eld and a dialogue strategy grapher.

Example and Situation Based Dialog Management for Spoken Dialogue System
In this demonstration, we present POSSDM (POSTECH Situation based Dialogue Manager) for a spoken dialogue system using a new example and situation based dialogue management techniques for effective generation of appropriate system responses. Spoken dialogue system should generate cooperative responses to smoothly lead the dialogue with users. We introduce a new dialogue management technique inc...
متن کاملHybrid Dialogue State Tracking for Real World Human-to-Human Dialogues
Dialogue state tracking is a key sub-task of dialogue management. The fourth Dialog State Tracking Challenge (DSTC-4) focuses on dialogue state tracking for real world human-tohuman dialogues. The task is more challenging than previous challenges because of more complex domain and coreferences, more synonyms and abbreviations, sub-dialogue level labelled utterances, and no spoken language under...
متن کاملContextual Semantic Processing for a Spanish Dialogue System Using Markov Logic
Semantic processing is vital in a dialogue system for the language understanding stage. Recent approaches of semantic processing rely on machine learning methods to perform the task. These are more robust to errors from the speech recogniser. Although these approaches are built on the domain of the dialogue system they do not incorporate contextual information available in the dialogue system. ...
متن کاملAn Evaluation of Alternative Strategies for Implementing Dialogue Policies Using Statistical Classification and Hand-Authored Rules
We present and evaluate a set of architectures for conversational dialogue systems, exploring rule-based and statistical classification approaches. In a case study, we show that while a rule-based dialogue policy is capable of high performance if perfect natural language understanding is assumed, a direct classification approach that combines the dialogue policy with NLU has practical advantages.
متن کاملLearning Optimal Dialogue Management Rules by Using Reinforcement Learning and Inductive Logic Programming
Developing dialogue systems is a complex process. In particular, designing efficient dialogue management strategies is often difficult as there are no precise guidelines to develop them and no sure test to validate them. Several suggestions have been made recently to use reinforcement learning to search for the optimal management strategy for specific dialogue situations. These approaches have ...
